Going Above & Beyond

I would like to comment on the exceptional service I received from Langley Fiat with special mention to both Rahim in the Sales Department and Adam in the Service Department. Both went above and beyond to assist me in my vehicle search and I would not hesitate to recommend Langley Fiat. After having a bad experience at another dealership, I found the staff at Langley Fiat to be honest and helpful, going the extra mile to help. Thank you.


Floored by Customer Service Skills

My husband & I have had major problems at [another Chrysler location], & will never return even for free service. So although we live in Tsawwassen, we have been coming to Langley Chrysler for the past year. Since the summer we have been over to Fiat twice. At first we were nervous to go because of our incredibly bad experience from Richmond… But we are absolutely floored at the great customer service from Fiat. Langley Chrysler was pretty good, but both times at Fiat they have gone above and beyond, as well as followed up promptly, not forgetting about us. This week was even better than last time. Nav is beyond his years in his customer service skills. Mike (Shuttle Driver) helped me with an extra service as well as he found $25 in my car and returned the money to me. Just met Tiffany, She was very pleasant. And I forget the name of the Tec who helped me with my windshield, but he and the Senior Tec was very polite. Can’t wait to see if our 3rd visit will be as consistent as the first two.

Totally satisfied! Nav is a real winner and a real asset to Langley Fiat – personable, knowledgeable and always greets you in a very happy, comfortable way. He is clearly a 100% people person.

Also, a surprise to see a new addition – Colleen [in the finance department]. My dearly departed husband and I dealt with Colleen on and off for about 10 yrs. during our RV days and she was a gem to deal with. So nice to visit with her for a few minutes.
